Celebrate the 50th anniversary of an iconic role-playing game with the Dungeons & Dragons stamps from the U.s. PostalService®.

The pane of 20 stamps features 10 different designs that highlight characters, creatures, and encounters familiar to playersand the imaginative world of D&D.

The selvage features a detal of an ilustration showing a party of adventurers encountering a massive green dragon amid agold-strewn ruin. The illustration previously appeared on the box cover of the D&D Starter Set.

Below the illustration is a photoaraph of a gold 20-sided die above the Dungeons & Dragons loao with its distinctiveampersand formed from a fire-breathing dragon. Below the logo is a detail of a hand-drawn map of a typical "dungeon," anetwork of caverns where D&D players might encounter monsters, traps, and treasure.

The Dungeons & Dragons stamps are being issued as Forever@ stamps. These Forever stamps will always be equal in valueto the current First-Class Mai® one-ounce rate.
